Biomass Boilers
Biomass Boilers - Sustainable biomass fuel is organic material used to generate low cost renewable energy that can supply heat for your home or business.
The Biomass fuel is transferred to Biomass Boilers where it is burnt to produce heat. This heat is most commonly used for heating and hot water.
Fuel that can be used in a biomass heating system
- Wood pellets
- Wooden briquettes
- Corn
- Woodchips
- Solid fuel
- Biofuel
Hot water pipework from the boiler is connected to a radiator, or other heat distribution system. This is usually through a buffer tank or thermal store.
You can save up to 80% on your heating bill when you switch to a Biomass Boiler System that uses the above materials to burn.
If you choose a Biomass Boiler system with us, the efficiency is e.g. 93%. If there is an option for an external silo container, we also have a silo stoker so you don't have to fill the container as often. Filling takes place automatically via, e.g. 12 ton silo.
